Job Description

You would join our team as an F45 coach and be responsible for running group fitness classes. This involves ensuring the gym is configured properly for the daily workout, demonstrating the individual exercises to the group before the session begins, and working with individuals throughout the workout to ensure proper form and provide alternative exercises if the movements are too difficult for individual members.
Additionaly you would interact with individuals interested in becoming F45 members, understanding where they are at in their fitness journey, where they want to be, and how we can best help them achieve their goals. You would connect with the existing F45 family and brainstorm creative ways to keep them engaged and connected to each other and the larger Coeur d'Alene community. There are opportunities to fill to contribute to the studio's social media accounts highlighting the success of our members as they hit their goals.
