About the opportunity SitSignal is expanding across the Phoenix metro area and is looking for reliable, animal-loving independent pet sitters and dog walkers to join our growing marketplace. SitSignal connects local pet parents with independent pet care providers. As a SitSignal sitter, you are an independent contractor who sets your own rates, creates your own schedule, chooses the services you offer, and decides which booking requests you accept. There are no required shifts or minimum hours. Build your pet care business around your schedule. Services you can offer Choose one or more services based on your experience, preferences, and availability: House Sitting Pet Boarding Drop-In Visits Dog Walking You decide which services you provide and when you’re available to provide them. What we’re looking for We’re looking for responsible people who genuinely enjoy working with animals. Professional pet care experience is helpful but not necessarily required. You should: Be at least 18 years old Be dependable and comfortable working independently Communicate professionally with pet parents Follow client-provided pet care instructions Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of pets in your care Have access to a compatible smartphone and internet connection Have reliable transportation for bookings you choose to accept that require travel Complete SitSignal’s required identity verification using a valid government-issued photo ID Experience in pet sitting, dog walking, veterinary care, animal shelters, kennels, grooming, training, or other animal care is a plus. Where we’re growing We’re currently expanding throughout the Phoenix metro area , including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, and surrounding communities.
