We’re building a strong team of Delivery Associates who are motivated to get every package to the customer’s door on time and with the highest quality of service!

Pay & Incentives

• $22.25/hr base pay + $1/hr performance incentive = $23.25/hr starting from your very first week — no waiting period, no probationary period!

• Once trained and DOT-certified through JJKeller to drive our step vans, your pay increases to $23.25/hr base + $1/hr performance incentive = $24.25/hr

• Performance metrics are shared weekly so you always know where you stand — and we actively coach you to hit them

• Must pass a standard 5-panel drug test

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
