Mortgage Sales Trainee – Entry-Level Sales

Lake Forest, CA | Full-Time | 100% In-Office
$16.90/hour + Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | 90-Day Ramp-Up Incentive

theLender is hiring Mortgage Sales Trainees in Lake Forest, CA. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to build a career in sales—but don't have mortgage experience yet.

We'll teach you the mortgage business. You bring the personality, work ethic, and drive.

Get Paid to Learn

You'll receive 10 days of paid training , followed by hands-on coaching and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.

You'll learn:

• Mortgage products and programs
• How to work with mortgage brokers
• Sales and relationship-building skills
• Prospecting and outbound calling
• Pipeline management
• Loan and pricing fundamentals
• How to turn relationships into business

And you'll have a clear path toward becoming a full Account Executive .

What You'll Do

You'll spend your day talking to people, building relationships, and creating business opportunities.

You'll:

• Make outbound calls to mortgage brokers
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries
• Introduce brokers to theLender's mortgage products
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing broker partners
• Identify new business opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline
• Track activity and performance
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Learn from experienced Account Executives
• Work toward advancement into an Account Executive role

Compensation & Career Growth
