\nAdmera Health is looking for a motivated scientist to join our Biopharma Services team and support our growing single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and NGS projects.
\nPosition
\nTechnical Project Manager – Single-Cell & Spatial Transcriptomics
\nWorking closely with clients, laboratory teams, bioinformatics, R&D, and business development.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Manage single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and NGS projects from start to finish
\n• Communicate with customers and provide technical guidance and project updates
\n• Support experimental design, sample requirements, sequencing strategy, and troubleshooting
\n• Coordinate with lab, bioinformatics, and R&D teams
\n• Track project timelines, deliverables, and data quality
\n• Support new technologies and workflow development
\nQualifications
\n• BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
\n• 1+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, biotech, academic research, or related areas preferred
\n• Familiarity with single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, or NGS is preferred
\n• Experience with platforms such as 10x Genomics, Parse Biosciences, Visium, STOmics, Xenium, or CosMx is a plus
\n• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
\n• Comfortable working directly with customers and multiple internal teams
\n• Strong interest in learning and adopting new genomics technologies
